Hi,
I like to keep a careful eye on this one thread and i've stopped getting email notifications of new posts. I use Mozilla Firefox for my browser and Windows 10 for my operating system. I've restarted my browser several times and i still don't get the notices. The thread is 'diet anyone' and is in the bipolar forum. Thanks, Apfei. |

Hello apfei: The Skeezyks doesn't know the answer to your question. (Perhaps you've already figured it out?) But, if not, may I suggest that you send a private message to any member of the Community Liaison Team? They're here to help.

I don't get email notifications anymore either. I know it's not on my end because they aren't blocked by my email server. I double checked. Maybe it's because I sometimes use Tapatalk?

When you go to your Subscriptions page, what does it show in the Notification column for the threads that you're interested in? If it's not what you want, you can change it by checkmarking the boxes for those threads, scrolling to the bottom of the page, selecting the right subscription mode from the pulldown menu, and clicking "Go".
Your default subscription mode right now is "Subscribe with no notification". That's what all the threads you start will automatically get set to. If you want to change that to one of the email notification modes, you can do that by going to the Edit Options page, scrolling down to the Messaging & Notification section, and selecting a new Default Thread Subscription Mode. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and save your new setting. The setting is not retroactive; it will affect only the threads you start from then on. There's a little more about subscriptions here: http://forums.psychcentral.com/tutor...following.html |
