When you're on ignore lists and can't reply under kudos and affirmations

*sigh*

I get why ... just ... difficult when I'm friends with ppl who get affirmations etc and I can't join in.

Anyways .... to those I don't get to wish happy birthday - here goes

Not being able to wish others happy birthday sucks

I have a soft spot in my heart for people who are unafraid to speak up even when they know their views aren't popular (though I have always found that the things you say make a lot of sense). Your posts are inspiring to me Crazy Hitch--thank you for being a sincere and genuine person!
Thanks for this!

It was in reference to threads that have already just been stated only to discover I'm on ignore and can't reply:/

Yeah, the whole ignore thing is skewed and unfair IMHO, but it is what it is.

Members have the right to ignore whomever they need to ignore for their own best self care.

If you find you cannot post to a thread in Kudos, you can always start your own thread or you could pm the member who the Kudos was in reference to with your personal congrats.

Psych Central is not a perfect science and not everything here will work for everybody. We do the best we can with what we have to work with. We cannot be expected to be able to create a perfect experience for every single member. Member's must take some responsibility in creating their best experience.

We're sorry that it may be inconvenient for some of you.
Thanks for this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
