I am trying to send a photo from my album to another member without success. I am using chrome book. Any hints?

not enough information about the "Fail" notice, or the .pic designation, but you might be trying to use the [IMG/] function, which is not necessary when sending from one PC site to another, even a member page. good luck figuring this one out~! if simply pasting doesn't work, give more detail.
