What can, and can't be posted on the Premier Poohbah forum (except stuff about other PC members)?

most people can't see the Premiere Poohbah Forum, because it is for people who have been here a while and been active in the forums. just think of it as a touchstone for long-time members.

Premier Poohbah forum

hope you have a good holiday season~!

Okay. Can I post a poem there? I don't dare post it in the part of the forum that's visible for everybody, because I'm afraid someone I know in real life would stumble upon it.

I remember when I first gained access to it, I thought they'd been a bug because it was only for people who had donated to the site

but when I asked about it, it was all explained- about how I donated my time as a member, or something

I don't know either way, I don't post their much

most of the threads i've seen in their though are check in threads or about how people are doing

I think it must be a general mental health forum, or something

(but then I also saw something in their about internet connection speeds),

I don't know- maybe it's just general

I think it's possible, if you want to keep the poem more private

The Premier Poohbah forum seems to be a sort of catch all, if that's the right phrase for it. People post all sorts there, from funny stuff to super-serious stuff. However, forum guidelines still apply, as always. For me, the primary attraction of that forum, is that search engines don't get access to it, so the related pages don't get indexed, which means, they don't show up on things like Google.

@ shattered sanity....people are given access to the poobah forum after any of the following:
1) they have posted 3000 posts or have been a member for 5 years
2) have given a donation to one of the community fund raisers
3) have volunteered their time as a liaison, moderator, administrator
There may be more things I have missed but these are the main reasons access is given to this forum.

Like IchbinkeinTeufel explained, posting is safe from google search so no one other than those given access to the forum can see the posts in that forum. I was thrilled about that as it was a place that my ex couldn't possibly see what I posted just in case.

You can post anything you would normally post on any of the other forums. Same general rules apply.

Hope this helps with better understanding

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
