Also, how exactly do I join one of the support groups?

Is it possible to join more than one support group?

the way that works for me, is from the main page with all the forums on it, I go down to the one I want say.. 1 I am a member of is the musical therapy one

below where it gives the name of the group, their is a link called click here to visit this social group

click their and you can join it

if you try going to the forum, it will just tell you you can't post until you become a member

and yes, you can join more than 1 if you want to

I asume you do mean the social groups.

if you mean the forums (depression, anxiety, etc), you just click on them and either start a new thread (post new thread), or take part in existing threads

their is no need to join those, as when you joined the forum, you gained access to them.

I believe in order to join a social group you would need at least 5 posts to do so.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
