Yes, I believe you can.
 When I signed in, I misspelled my username.  So I sent Admin a message asking that the spelling be corrected & it was done.  Just send a request to admin. Down in the bottom right-hand corner of this screen, you should see where it says "Contact Us-Psych Central-Top". If you click on that it will take you to a message screen where you can make your request.
