Does anyone know how to submit the ask a therapist form? I'm trying to get some professional feed back on this as well.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for. But if you click on this link:
https://psychcentral.com/ask-the-therapist/ then click on: "Ask a Question Now" in the box on the left-hand side of the screen, I believe this may take you where you want to go...
