I already have the "member" on ignore but they are still sending me VM's (and not very nice ones at that). Can I block them from doing this?

if I remember right there is no way to stop someone from posting on your visitor messages page other than closing your visitor message page (closing your visitor message page is in your profile settings)

my suggestion is notify a moderator letting them know that someone is bypassing your ignore list by posting in your visitor messages. maybe they can help with this situation.

It's absurd that someone would have thought enough of me to make a totally new account on here for the soul purpose of trolling me. It's almost flattering, really. I mean, if they really didn't like me, they'd obviously rather forget about me, right? I must be a phenomenal person for them to have devoted such time and energy to this.

Report such VMs to us, we'll have them removed and PM the member to ensure they stop posting such things to your wall. Sorry to hear that this is happening...

Yes. That is what I did and it's all been taken care of. To think there is someone so cowardly, so utterly spineless that they'd insult someone from the safety of behind their computer screen.

Trolls will be trolls I suppose.

There is also an option on your profile so that only your friends can leave VM's. It might be an option that you can use.

Uggg. Now that "member" is using their main account to harass me. I reported the offense and hope that they can handle it.

"main account" ? Im confused I thought each member is only supposed to have one account. even those with dissociative disorders that have alternate personalities or other mental disorders with alters, are only supposed to have one account that everyone (host and alters) share.

am I wrong, and has this rule been changed?

Yeah, I addressed this concern with the staff, telling them who it was. Hopefully they'll ban the main account too.
