Do you have a computer (external) or a laptop (internal/built in keyboard)? It could need cleaning, or your computer might be slow for some reason.

If you've got Windows, you can use the on-screen keyboard until you figure out what's wrong. (Start, Accessories, Accessibility, "On-Screen Keyboard)

Christina,

Thanks, you helped me fix the problem. It was in the accessiblity filter options. I have a teenager that must have done something. I played around with keyboard options, but I didn't look there in accessiblity.

I really appreciate your help.

Thanks again!
