For some reason, every time I make a post today it turns the forum white. I've tried shutting the computer down and restarting it and if I don't post the forum behaves itself but every time I post the whole forum turns white. I can see the words but it's like reading a book, black words on a white screen.

I don't know why it's doing it and I'm getting fretful about it doing it

What did I do that makes it keep doing this every time I post?

They normally have a pale background Gus, but are not white until I post anything then it goes white so I refresh and it goes back to normal until the next post I make.

It's making me fret, idk if it's a way of telling someone they done something wrong or if my brain is making crapioca up again now
Thanks for this!

whispershadow,

I've been having this problem on and off, also. I just assumed it was another Windows 10 issue.

My laptop runs off of windows 7, bluekoi, so I don't think it's windows 10 doing it

Unless it's a Windows any computer thing

Serious time now: so it's not a thing to show people they did something wrong?
Thanks for this!

I've also seen this periodically over the last week - it seems to coincide with my net connection going slow, so I wonder if it may be something in the page coding which times out before fully loading.

Sounds like one of the style sheets for the forums isn't loading correctly for you. Or an incomplete or corrupted style sheets was cached by your web browser. This can happen for any of a number of reasons, including a slow Internet connection or temporary problems in reaching the server trying to serve you the style sheet.

If it doesn't clear up on its own, try clearing your web browser's cache for forums.psychcentral.com and that should rectify this issue for you.

If your computer is running on Windows 7 that could be a problem. Probably too old to get updated.

As DocJohn said, it's probably some CSS data that's not fully loading - Win7 isn't the problem (it's still used on more systems than Win8 & nearly as many as Win10), it's more likely a network issue.

I refuse point blank to use windows 8, I've heard that much bad stuff about it and I won't use windows 10 either because windows 10 is a pain in the butt
