I always liked to insert the little symbols under "Smilies". But now I find that the smilies won't work even though my screen shows the smilies turned on. How can I fix this?

   I click on the Smilies face or the arrow besides it and it gives me a drop down menu of smilies. Then I click on the smilie and the symbol appears in my browser.If this does not work for you then maybe your browser is old and that may be the reason it does not work. If you can upgrade the browser or if using Firefox try Chrome or vice versa.
