I'm not sure whether I'm doing anything wrong or whether my laptop's being a craptop or if it's my internet connection messing about, but intermittently (sp) I can't access my private messages? just comes up with a white screen?

Like today, I replied to a PM that a member sent me, came out of private messages, looked in a couple of threads, tried to go back in just to see if it was behaving and it decided to white screen itself again and I had to use the back button to get back onto a page, I haven't tried again yet.

What's going on? What's with the PM hokey cokey? I'm confused and worried cause idk if I'm doing something wrong or if it's tech things going wrong?

Does refreshing the page in your browser fix the issue? Sounds like it might just be an intermittent problem with your connectivity to the server.

The only thing that seems to work sometimes is coming completely offline then going back online, sometimes the only thing that works is literally shutting the laptop down and restarting, I'm not sure if this means that members can't PM me while my private messages are down or whether it's just a problem this end or what's happening

So far today I haven't recieved any private messages so I'm thinking maybe people can't reach me when my private messages are down, strange thing is the rest of the forum seems to behave when my private messages mess up like that, I wasn't sure if they were switching themselfs on and off or what for any reason

Right now it seems to be behaving (until it hears what I said)
