we have treated ourselves to a new computer, as most computers are vista now would you expect internet providers to make sure that there software works on vista,

we use a bt home hub which has its own desktop help and browser but neither of these work on vista and i have to use internet exploer and sign in to the home page of my provider
bt gives us diferant sign in options because there are so many using the computers here its safer
but now on vista we have to sign in and out all the time

Change to a Linux OS, your new computer will love you for it.

If you have been using windows for years, try Ubuntu, download free from net, try on seperate desktop til you transfer the files, or if you have several 'puters even easier.

Vista is notorious for it's inability to interface with anything, new computer
