How do those of us who are not in moderation help others to get out of moderation? I'm stressing out over this
![]() Maybe if I hide under here everything will be ok and my friend will get let out of forum jail ![]() |

I've only ever heard of new members being put on moderation- and after 6 posts, I think, or maybe it's 5, they are taken off it. this is to protect the forum from spammers.
as for other reasons, well, I think the best thing to do is probably write to an admin. if a forum user is on moderation (and they are not new), my guess is that the admin has a really good reason for it- this site is big, and I'm also pretty sure that admins don't take those type of decisions lightly as it means extra work for them. they will come off moderation eventually, it just takes time |

she's in moderation forever, I remember from friends from that dump of a forum (elsewhere) that if someone gets put in moderation that's it game over

A person can only help themselves to get out of moderation. The way to get out of moderation is to post within guidelines at all times. No one else can help someone get out of moderation. They have to do it.
Moderation isn't game over. When a person can show that they can post appropriately and within the guidelines. They are removed from moderation. I am going to close this thread. If you have any other questions about this topic please send me a PM. Thank you |
