i can't make my old password work and if i leave the site i have to ask for a new one. i tried to change my password once i was on the site but it won't let me. instead it has something like a 20 digit password stored!!!HELP!!!!

Can you clear out the old one and type in the one you normally have?

Sometimes it will do that and you may have to retype it in, and if it asks you to save it, say yes?

Help! I'm having trouble logging in
This checklist may help you successfully login:

1) Make sure you are entering your password correctly. They are case-sensitive.
