|
it wont let me upload my new avatar. i photoshopped it to make it small enough, and it's not objecting, it just doesn't do it.
i chose the option to upload an avatar, clicked browse and chose the pic i wanted. Next i tried two different options.. i tried clicking "change" but all that did was open another window full of stock pics. So i tried again and just clicked submit at the bottom of the form. Neither one got a result. little help? thnx |

Have you tried the PsychCentral FAQ ? Sometimes its the picture extension (such as .gif or .jpg) may not be accepted...
Check the FAQ and see what happens...

It always takes me several times to get the avatar uploaded.
 even when doing the same thing each time. I thought it was just me  You can upload it easily into the gallery, and link from there!

i find if you choose no aviator then sign out then back in then go and choose new aviator it works

I have to do that too. Sometimes I have to close out of PC and clear cookies and then sign back in to upload avatar. Then just hit submit and it should take.

Same here. I use Firefox. I uploaded 1st avatar - no prob. I finally had to open explorer and my new avatar was showing. But now, back with Firefox and only get the old one.

Now that's weird - in a good way. Today I'm using Firefox and my new avatar is showing. Woo Hoo!
