Hey there. I have a new friend request waiting for me and I am unable to respond to it. All the correct boxes are checked. I am able to click on the accept tab or button or whatever and then, nothing happens. It just goes on and on and on and on, waiting for something to happen. The blue outline box is present once I click on the tab, but the action is never completed. Any ideas?

@bpcyclist

I had similar issues as you describe. What I did was type in the tag name of the person who is requesting friendship (there should be a place to type in their name) and then click on friends (there's another option to add them as contacts; I typically do both, for lack of understanding what the differences are, but you have to type the name twice - one to click friends and the other to click contacts - if you want to add that person to both lists; otherwise, only one will suffice).

I hope this helps.

Maybe it's our browsers that make it challenging to do it the way you mention.
