Hi Foxtracks. Welcome to Psych Central.
New members have their first five approved posts in moderation to be reviewed by the Community Support Team, a group of volunteers. So that can take a few hours or sometimes longer depending on when they are online. Since you already have 4 approved posts, you need only one more approved and then the posts and threads will appear automatically after you post them.
