How do you upload avatars?

Can you only use the ones in the lists?

The stuff for adding custom avatars is at the bottom of the screen / page / list.

You "point" to it, more or less.

Dont forget to click all the right boxes and save your changes. This applies to all the EDIT type changes. Often the SAVE is at the bottom of the page. You can make the changes, but they arent applied until you explicitly save them. Like the time zone / display, etc.
Thanks for this!
