When I decided to erase some 2,000 plus old messages, I lost my ability to send and receive PM's. It's like I have to reset everything in order to do so, and don't know how. They talk about folders, etc., it's very complicated for a person of my age and lack of computer knowledge.
I hate to have to give up my ability to send PM's completely. muncie __________________ Learn from yesterday... Live for today... Hope for tomorrow... |

1. Something specific that you want to do (for example, send me a PM) that doesn't appear to work right. 2. Where you start from and what you do (for example, you click on "FooZe" at the left of this reply; you get a pulldown menu; and in the menu you click on "Send a private message to FooZe".) 3. What happens next. Does a new page come up with a box where you can type your message? Do you get some kind of status message instead? If you get a status message, what does the message say? Can you highlight the text and copy-paste it here? 4. Staying with the same example: if you are able to type a message, what happens when you click on "Submit message?" I just sent you a test message and the count of messages in your Inbox did go up as a result -- so at least something seems to be working. Do you now see a notification at the upper right of this page, under "Welcome, muncie"? If so, what happens when you click on the link? |
