A couple members are trying to get onto the site and are receiving this message in the photo. My connection says secure and I have no problem getting in, so I'm posting an inquiry on their behalf. How do we fix this? They are using windows 10 os and google chrome browser... they have cleared their cache and cookies and tried a different browser as well.

I was blocked for a bit with both google chrome and edge browser. Unsafe site warning on both. I just got back on. I hope it doesn't recur. It felt horrible.

That error message occurs, when a TLS-Certificate (think of a passport for encryption for a webpage) does have a mismatch as to whom it is refering (should refer to psychcentralforums.com and, I think, www.psychcentralforums.com ). It is not a client-side error, but rather from the websites server.

Not your fault, somebody seemed to slipped up.

for a brief time I wanted to be a computer technitian as a child (as well as a theme park engineer), so I find the inner workings of a forum facinating
