Hi @sfogliatella, the ignore function only stops someone from responding on threads that you are the original poster (OP), meaning you started the thread. On a check-in thread, community thread, or any other thread not started by you, yes, they can respond to the thread or to you.
Usually this is done by accident. The person likely doesn't know you have put them on ignore. Most people are respectful of the ignore function. __________________ What if I fall? i agree with the wise and wonderful seesaw. The ignore function only works when you open your own trheads and stop other users from posting there. You also can't see theirs as you may have already noticed. Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @sfogliatella, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones!
