I would like to ask why their's no forum for closed/ locked threads
in cases where a thread reaches 100 pages and then a new one is started, I think the old one should be moved somewhere like... maybe to a subforum inactive threads/ topics I'm guessing this isn't done because either it takes up more space, or it's just not needed however I think in cases where a new thread say version 2 is started in a forum, and version 1 is also on the same page, version 1 should be moved after all, why would you want a thread you can't reply to in an active forum just some thoughts.. |

threads are always moved from forum to forum, so I think this might be a good solution for all those multiple threads

Thanks for the suggestion!
The closed, locked thread eventually leaves the first page (in more active forums). In any case, it remains in case people want to take a look at the older thread. We try to organize things topically here. So to move everything old into one single forum seems like it would work against that organization, too. __________________ Don't throw away your shot. |
