Hello,

I forgot my current password, so am permanently signed-on to my desktop computer. I would like the ability to sign-out, our to use my tablet. In order for me to change my password it requires me to know my current one. How can I solve this? Thanks in advance...

Aww geee. I’m no help for this problem. I write my passwords on index cards cause I can’t remember them. For things like Redbox they are simple ones but for more secure sites they are random numbers, letters and symbols that there’s no way I’d remember them.

Are you talking your password for this site or for your computer? I wasn't clear on that I guess.

If it's for this site, what browser are you using?

Edit: Looks like there is a "forgot password" function. You could try that on another computer/tablet and see if it will send you the password or let you change it.

We have a form for when a member forgets their password. To use it, you do need to be able to retrieve emails from the email account that we have on file for you.

https://mysupportforums.org/login.php?do=lostpw

It looks like this:

Lost Password Recovery Form

If you have forgotten your username or password, you can request to have your username emailed to you and to reset your password. When you fill in your registered email address, you will be sent instructions on how to reset your password.
Email Address: [fill in the blank]
