Hi @LilyRosex - welcome to MSF My Support Forums. I am sorry you are having trouble adding your own photo.

Try looking here https://mysupportforums.org/profile....editprofilepic

You may upload a new custom image using the controls below.

Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website
Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 400 by 400 pixels or 2.38 MB (whichever is smaller).
If you are choosing option 2 please make sure your image fits in the size limits.

If questions, feel free to tag me in your response @CANDC or send a private message.

Good luck!

Hello @CANDC

That link takes me to a profile picture. It is an avatar that I can't find. I just see forum avatars. I am wanting to have my own.

I will see if I can get the moderation issue addressed. That may be why you can not see option 2. May take a couple days but I will get back to you. If you do not here anything by Tuesday, send me a private message. @CANDC

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
