Hello MSF mods, Doc John & Community members,

I have a technical issue that I hope someone here can help me to resolve.

Under Notifications under my profile, it says I have a new unread private message, but when I go into my Inbox, no new message is showing up there?

I have tried deleting several old messages, in case it is a storage issue in my Inbox, but that did not fix the problem. I still cannot see any new unread private messages in my Inbox.

Can you please help me to resolve this? Many thanks in advance!

PS: I found it somehow, I don't know where or how, but it was not at the top of my inbox. It was hidden somewhere else.

I replied to the person, but now that latest message from this member is not showing up at the top of my inbox, as it should be?

@DocJohn, on my mobile phone it does show up there. But it still doesn't show up on my desktop/laptop device, given the link you sent.

Any resolution to this?

Sounds like a web browser caching issue on your desktop/laptop then.

Can you please try the things we recommend here:

Do You Have a Technical Issue or Question? READ THIS FIRST

If that still doesn't fix things, can you please provide the information requested in that same document?
