Hello, I know I'm a computer idiot, but I tried getting into chat but my very secure computer will not let me because it cannot verify the publisher. Any idea how I can fix this?

That's a toughie...is the window coming up asking you to accept a certificate of TrendMicro?
Is there a way to tell it yes or no? Or does it just block you period?

No, not letting me accept anything, just saying that it can't verify the publisher so it's blocking it!
