Sorry if I getting confused and anxious
Misunderstanding is not the same as refusal to cooperate. Refusal is deliberate.

If we do what we think the instruction wants but we don't get it quite right cause we didn't fully understand, does anything scary happen?

Willow, "refusing to cooperate" would be if a mod/admin said "Willow, do not do x,y,z" and you continued to do x, y, z.

I never had anything scary happen.

If you don't understand you can PM a mod/admin and ask for clarification. When I've asked for clarification the response was always kind and helpful.

I'm too scared to tell them when I don't understand cause of the number of admin screamers I had runs in on forums

I can think of only one exception and sadly that forum is long gone

I never knew this, and I don't know what is meant by a community thread in this.....well, thread! I thought this whole SITE is a community. Does this mean if one has people on ignore, you can only start threads in certain forums???

I'm just curious, as I haven't started threads since 2019. And I don't plan to. But I never got in any trouble for starting threads.

A moderator edited a thread so I could post in it, because it was created by someone who's no longer here. But maybe that's different, I don't know.

I've been on here since 2008 and still find out stuff I'm not supposed to do or didn't know.

A "community thread" refers to a thread started where you are asking the whole sub-forum (e.g., Bipolar) to chime in and offer their thoughts or experiences. These are typically "check-in" threads or game threads.

If you're just starting a thread talking about your own needs, feelings, or have a question about something going on in your life or with a disorder's symptoms, you're welcomed to use the ignore list.
