Beth sent me a notification asking to be added as a friend. I added her but didn't get the chance to say hello before I saw her account was 'suspended'. Not sure what that means but can someone tell me why she isn't here? Did she leave or was she removed? Pardons if this isn't an appropriate question.

Suspended means just that (not ‘banned’, as another member stated incorrectly). Accounts are either suspended for a discrete period of time (2 to 90 days depending upon the reason, which we cannot discuss publicly), or they are suspended for a longer period (TBD).
For privacy reasons, and because it’s against the community guidelines, we can’t go into specifics about any individual member’s account standing. __________________ Don't throw away your shot. |

Sorry docjohn i find the terms confusing cause they both seem to often get used to mean the exact same thing .....
I know from experience as well that a reason isnt given when a suspended ban is done, unless its given in pm (which when we get banned we cannot see our messages anyway so its impossible for us to know the exact reason why we get kicked out of any forum) Even my alter corrupt on my phone cannot alter and corrupt banned ..... |

I'm not sure what you're talking about, as we do tell OUR members why a suspension was initiated, and the length of the suspension.
I can't speak to the behavior of other online communities. We are not them. __________________ Don't throw away your shot. |

What i mean is if members get told in private message they are getting banned, we cannot see that message cause often it happens before we even opened the message saying "your banned"
If im still not making sense ill try explaining better on laptop so i not fighting alter corrupt (again) Maybe i getting annoying now |

This is off-topic from the OP's question.... In OUR community, you DO get to see the PM before the suspension takes place.
This forum is for discussion of OUR community practices, not other places online. Thanks. __________________ Don't throw away your shot. |
