I've had several instances tonight of being logged out while interacting with the forum. I'll type a reply, hit the submit button and I'm logged out without actually hitting the Log Out button. Sometimes, it will occur switching between boards on the forum. Obvious annoyance, but I thought I'd mention it and see if you've had any issues. It's very similar to what Willowtigger described.

You're no scumturd willowtigger. Also, you're not the only one having login issues.

I've had this happen to me a lot in the past where usually what happens is I'll go to hit the "Thanks" or "Hugs" button and it disappears but without actually showing that I hit it and when I refresh the page I'll be signed out. Just did it to me now.

And now it just kicked me out trying to post this.

This should be fixed now.

If it isn't fixed for you, please try to close all your browser windows and restart your web browser. That is the easiest way to clear things out.

If that doesn't work, you'll likely need to clear your web browser's cookies for our site only. Type this into Google to get instructions on how to do that:

Quote:
clear browser cookies one website [name of browser]
so for chrome it would be:

Quote:
clear browser cookies one website chrome
Follow the instructions of whatever website you come across that have the instructions to do so. For Chrome, for instance, I found this:

Clear, allow & manage cookies in Chrome - Computer - Google Chrome Help

and then followed the instructions under "Delete cookies from a site"

I've got no change, even after deleting cookies for the entire browser.

I tried a different browser that I've never used before, and the same thing happened.

We will continue to work on the issue. Thanks for your patience and no need to keep posting to the thread until I come back with an update, thanks.

We made some additional changes yesterday to hopefully help with this issue. You'll still need to clear your cache and cookies for the website in order for anything to take, though. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You have an edit button for 4 hours after you post.

This an apparent issue one member is having, however it is unrelated to the being logged out issue.

I keep getting signed out when attempting to post. Anyone familiar with this glitch? I'll likely have to sign in again to post this as well. [yep, I did] Is there a way to change passwords? Maybe that might help?

Without posting the information we request for any technical issue, we can’t help you further with your edit button issue, sorry. The request link is at the top of every page in this forum.
