I've noticed in some threads some people are posting multiple posts a day, sometimes a couple back to back in just a few minutes, and I want to know if thats ok.

Yes, generally that's okay.
However, if you're concerned about a series of posts, please use the reporting function and report one of them, and explain your concern in the notes for that reported post. We'll take a look at things and see if any further action may be necessary. Thank you.
