Help: POD 500 Error.

Why I'm I getting this error. I've checked everything, even podvar. Everything is set correctly.

POD encountered the following error while trying to run:
500 Can't connect to dmoz.org:80 (connect: Unknown error)
Attempted retrieval URL: http://dmoz.org
