I thought 5 to 6 AM was likely to be the slow period, but this morning it is 6 to 7 (at least).

Zorah 9.30pm your time is 5.30 am Psych Central time, when I think all the updates are going on. But I too find the site to be VERY slow for hours in the morning UK time.

Another massive slowdown this morning, at least at U.S. Eastern Daylight Time of 4:30 AM and later. This is not within the time I expect PC to be slow.

Just the backup process chugging along..... We switched the scheduling a little bit to only do backups on the weekends now, and only in the early morning hours. But they gotta get done, and unfortunately, the backup software just brings everything to a slowdown for about 2 hours once a week. Sorry, but it's the best I can do.

Sorry, I misspoke. The data backups occur everyday, but we're going to change them to run every *other* day. The website backup (of the forum software) runs only once a week, because virtually nothing changes on the software side from week to week... This will begin on Wed.
