Can I add a thread to my "favorites" after I already posted? how?

Click on the hand that has the finger showing a string tied around it on single posts....

or

Scroll to the bottom of any page of the thread and notice in the box of "Extra Information," you'll see the option to "Favorite thread" (which is a toggle button allowing to fav or unfav the thread).

Favorited threads show up in your home profile page, where you can remove them from your favorited list.

How do I make a thread "favorite" after I already posted?
