Is there a "simple" way to save an entire thread on Psych Central?

pachyderm...do you mean like if this one had like 20 replies and you wanted to save them all? if that's all you mean you just scroll to the very bottom of the thread and click on where it says "favorite thread! toggle" then it gets saved to your profile. and i've probably completely misunderstood and showed myself up for a total idiot. sorry.

I have not tried what you suggested, but I did find a way to save a whole thread, I think. You can click on All to show the thread where it shows how many pages there are in the thread, and you can select a number or "all." I have never tried that before. Then showing All you can save it with the Save command in your browser.

You can click on the Print Thread (lower left, under favorite thread) that pulls it up in a different window, then use the toolbar save page (as you wish to keep it, send in email or whatever.) Usually I just save any to the desktop, and that way I don't forget to delete it later on.

I don't know what browser or word processer you have; I have Microsoft Explorer and Word but the browser button, Page/Save As, works fine for me. Then I can call it up in Word and just delete the top PC stuff that doesn't come through because it's not literally on that page but elsewhere/everywhere or the posts I don't want. That just saves the page you're on though, if the thread is many pages, would take some messing with it in Word to make "one" document.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
