I think it happens when the connection to the site cuts out or dies prematurely.

Oh, it corrected itself immediately. But it was interesting (to me anyway) and reminded me how a page begins quite blahly.

Gotta admit it, if it corrected itself right away, you must have cat reflexes!
 I was thinking the same thing Peg was, you must have been really bored. I'll keep that in mind next time I'm bored. LOL
