Right
Hey everyone i was just trying to get to grips with this site arghhhh its so annoying !!! I dont know how to use it properly. Anyways im going to make some toast  so i will see what goes on when i come back hopefully people will reply to this post this is a post right ...... !!!

im about to go out in a little while but i dont know how this properly works and what should i write on my profile and what not and stuff but yeah so you got any tips and how to message people ??
how many posts do i need before i can message someone and stuff like that !!! Thanks xxx |

I think 6 posts are needed before you can enter Chat (to eliminate spammers, etc.). I don't know about the rest of the stuff. You can put whatever you want into your profile -- as much or as little as you feel safe with.

All of that useful information is found in the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
http://forums.psychcentral.com/faq.php That's the link.  You need 6 posts to go into Chat, and 6 posts to PM anyone besides the Admin/Moderators (like me) if I'm not mistaken.
