DocJohn, you have often said to not reply off thread, nor retaliate within an irksome thread... but to go to the bottom of the thread and "notify moderator." I can't find it. I can see where I can send a regular PM to any one of the mods listed... but then don't I have to remember exactly the wording of what thread or post I'm talking about?
It seems there was something more concrete with the old server. Maybe not, maybe I'm blind.

The "notify moderator" icon is under "Post Extras:" at the bottom of each POST. It is the third one from the left, looks like a circle with a note in it.

ah ha! inside the post itself! thanks malady I thought I had seen it somewhere... still now it took me a few minutes of searching each and every line on the screen! maybe if they were in color...
