not trying to start a problem, but i feel the opposite. in that one the horse is obviously dead. :deadhorse: i find this one more offensive because this horse looks like he is sleeping, and therefore being abused. jmho

I agree with both Minime and thelostone. I don't like either of them. There has to be a less violent way to visually display the expression - or does it have to be displayed at all? Not trying to censor, but they make me feel yukky too.

& how about the two smilies that vomit ?

they seem more unsuitable to us than the "flogging a dead horse" ones

jinny,

i find the "dead horse ones amusing as well, just the one horse doesn't look dead. you are not a bad person and do not need to feel guilty.

zorah,

i agree totally with the vomiting smilies. they could be very triggering for someone with emetophobia. i don't even have that particular phobia and they bother me.

I wondered where they went to....lol. I am definitely a horse lover......as you can only tell (even though I am also an american eskimo dog lover), I did find them rather amusing......but I think they could be replaced with a sign one that says "enough already" similar to the good posting one.

never could find a use for the throwing up ones.......unless I found a post that I wanted to say, "this makes me sick"....lol.

DocJohn you are cool to take care of everyone here on even these little details.....how much you care, we appreciate.

there is still a vomiting smilie. i know it bothers certain members here. i know it bothers them worse than the horse smilies did. :vomit-smiley-001: doc must have gotten rid of the other cause i don't see it anymore, but this one is triggering for some of us.
