Try the program we've been talking about in the tech forum, katheryn. It's pretty awesome and free:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Good luck!

Apparently this is something passing around facebook so everybody be wary of facebook for today.

Katheryn, i know that doesnt help you very much but just a heads up to the rest.

aside from that let me know what the virus software finds, you may have to boot into safe mode and run virus software to remove it. If it has truly hit the system32 folder, there could be more to contend with.

Let me know

Colleen

The only other way that i would fix that, is to boot into safe mode and run the virus program on your machine. Unfortunately once it takes over system32, it might not be recoverable. still researching a fix

facebook has also offered instructions on how to get rid of it. havent read all of it yet.
