I tired to PM another member earlier today. I got a message saying that that person can not receive PMs. I'm confused. I've PM'ed this person before. Is there a reason why someone can not receive PMs?

I believe we are allowed to block PM's, I'm not sure though I never did but I think I saw a option once. Or maybe its something else, sorry if I'm not much help not totally sure though I'm sure someone knows why.....take care.

I was trying to reply to a PM from this person so I don't think they blocked me. I dunno. It's not really important.
