A few hours ago now, our PC Toolbar vanished
 We tried turning it back on under the Toolbars button, but all we get is a blank grey bar  Is this just us, or is Doc working on the toolbar?

If you disable it and then re-enable it, you have to generally restart the web browser to see the toolbar. At least that's what I had to do.
