I have Complex PTSD and am not bi-polar (not to anyone's knowledge). I'm writing with trembling hands, dilated pupils. I'm tired because I did not get much sleep last night, feeling extreme doom. I'm so tired but too riled up to sleep, heart feels tense. This has been going on since about 2am. I haven't experienced this before.
What could it be? Help

sounds to me that you have been triggered by something and you are in a hypervigilant state. practicing calming skills, grounding yourself should help.

It's not helping. I've even biked which always helps me. But this time the sense of horrifying doom and loneliness is still there. Money worries. Should I go to hospital?

any time something like this happens I always listen to calm music or watch a good TV show to get my mind off of it.

Thank you for checking in on me. I spent a few hours biking by the river, and eventually it subsided.
