Does anyone else who's been treated for complex PTSD struggle with moodiness?

I think you will find that many if not most do. C-PTSD and even PTSD can be a challenge for one being emotionally sensitive, therefore it is reasonable that struggling with the emotional sensitivity can bring on struggles with moods as well.
Thanks for this!

Yes in my case I did have an underlying personality disorder, I had both. I was treated for both but I still struggle with moodiness .

I agree, it's not fun at all. What do you do to manage them?

A lot of people struggle with this , including me. I find mindfulness and breathing techniques helpful , and also binaural beat tones or music which you can find on YouTube.

Yeah I'm extremely moody today because I'm premenstrual and I had six cookies for lunch . Moodiness I'm doing all the right things otherwise . I'm sick and tired of feeling cranky.
