Hi ...
My name is BrokenCloud, but you can call me BC for short. I have Complex PTSD and am looking for information and support pertaining thereto. Does anyone know of any good reading materials that have been helpful to them? Thanks, BC ![]() |

This article addresses a bit about cptsd: https://www.socialworkhelper.com/201...auma-just-get/
Also, the book "the body remembers" is good (came out before the bessel van Der Kolk book of a similar name "the body keeps score"... both books are really good actually, though a bit more academic at times). |
