Hi ...

My name is BrokenCloud, but you can call me BC for short.

I have Complex PTSD and am looking for information and support pertaining thereto.

Does anyone know of any good reading materials that have been helpful to them?

Thanks,
BC

Both Pete Walker's books, for definite.
There is some excellent stuff on his website too
Pete Walker, M.A. Psychotherapy

There is also a lot of good help here
Healing Complex Trauma & PTSD

BrokenCloud - what a poignantly beautuful username.

This article addresses a bit about cptsd: https://www.socialworkhelper.com/201...auma-just-get/

Also, the book "the body remembers" is good (came out before the bessel van Der Kolk book of a similar name "the body keeps score"... both books are really good actually, though a bit more academic at times).
