My t is trying to pull together a trauma group for csa & dissociative disorders... she mentioned it yesterday. I'm kinda excited. It will be time-limited, co-Ed, and structured. We'll be able to be a bit more specific about our "stuff" than in the other trauma group I'm in. I'm a bit nervous about potential triggering, but also kinda relieved there will be someone other than t who I can talk to about this. There was this one time I talked to a friend about some of the details. As triggering as it was, it was also relieving to find someone else who gets it...
I hope the group works out.
