Trigger Trigger Trigger

I just read a FB post where a 12 year old girl died of suicide and that she did a live stream on FB of the whole thing. The article was saying that there had been so many complaints about it but Law Enforcement couldn't do anything about it. So yes, it's still on FB, I watched and it was horrible. I really didn't think they would show the entire video but they did.
My heart breaks for that little lady who was so lonely, feeling unloved and unwanted. How could someone not see the red flags that would have cued them in to she was capable of doing this? She had been sexually abused by her step dad.
Please pay attention to your kids and what they are doing. Something I can't get out of my head now. I'm not putting the kids name in here because I don't want to cause someone else this heart break of listening to this kid and watching her.

I watched it, too. Very heart breaking, to say the least. I actually lost a friend to the same thing when we were that girl's age. Hell, come to find out a year later, I'd lost two. I go back and forth on whether or not I believe in a god, but if he's out there, or any of them; I just hope they don't just show mercy but envelope her in kindness that she didn't get while she was here. It's too young, man. Way to young. At any age it's tragic but I just wish someone would've intervened before this had to happen. Why wasn't anybody there to save her, guide her, something?

I totally agree. I noticed that every time a car came by she had this long distance look like "are you here to help me?" That kid didn't want to die she wanted to be accepted and loved. She just kept apologizing for not being "good enough". It's truly heart breaking. I know a post like this can be triggering but it's something we need to talk about. So many young people are being over looked and forgotten. When a parent makes that choice of being the child's friend instead of the child's parent the child losses every time. They need that discipline to make them feel like that parent cares enough to want them to do things right. RIP little lady, I hope you are pain free now.

Wow, it's still online and I think someone said it was still on FB. It's really sad.
