I will check it out this weekend. I do know that I have two one-hour long music pieces for relaxation/meditation that I listen to when I get stressed and I have noticed that they really reduce my stress level.

My heart rate readily entrains to whatever beat I hear so I'm careful to choose selections that guide me to the state I want. This one's a bit fast.
