I think I shared this before, but still good info.


My counselor shared this with me. It is a very interesting talk.

My blood pressure is usually very high, which makes sense, since I am usually in Hypervigilance mode most of the time.

I see it as a result of the past and don't accept it as the present.

I do use lemon essential oil to safe guard my body.
