*****Possible trigger******

Anyone else getting triggered by all the disasters and the 911 media coverage?
Hurricanes, flooding, people drowning, fires, 911 memories?

I'm not sure if I'm triggered really, but I have found the hurricanes are increasing my anxiety some. It saddens me to see devastation like this. The 911 anniversary is always devastating for me too.
